HUNGRY

I know they say you shouldn't eat past 6 or somewhere around there, but I am not sure I agree. I ate at about 5;30 with a friend last night and woke up starving. I had a small bag of cheez its for 4 points and a diet sunkist. (breakfast of champions, I know!) An hour later I was still starving, so I had a one point bar. I needed a more filling breakfast. I have to go weigh in today. Thinking it is not going to go so well. I always weigh in in a dress and on Tuesdays. It is Thursday and I have pants on. Prob not going to go so well considering the 4th was this past weekend hence why I postponed weigh in. I ate no dessert over the holiday, but still managed to gain. I should have just ate some dessert, dang it! Anyways, busy night tonight. Work then real estate school. Taking a practice test for the state exam. There is so much I don't know. It will help me know exactly how much studying I need to do and what I need to study. There is a lot of information! Anywho, happy healthy eating!
