It is a Monday

Today has been a blah day. Been very tired. I skipped class today. It is ok because I won't need tonight's hours. Tattoo is sore thanks to my stupid self getting it sunburned. Everyone liked it though! I just love it! Hope it heals correctly after getting burned. Big worry is that it will look faded.

On the diet front I have done ok. I went over my points by just a few. Been struggling the last week to eat as good as I was. I am trying to cook more. I just have to take food to work to be prepared. I am sooo broke, so I need to be eating in more anyway. I am so stressed with money! Maybe that is why I am eating a little worse. I had several cokes this weekend. NOT GOOD! I sure do love them though!

I did make a new dish tonight. It was pretty tasty.
Ingredients:
Can white meat chicken
4oz of cream cheese
low fat shredded cheeese
green peppers
onion
poured half a packet of ranch in
put just enough wing sauce to color it

Dice the onions and peppers. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour them in a dish and cover the top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. I ate it with some special K crackers. The whole dip was 29 points. If you make it 4 servings it is about 7.5 points. It is very delish!
