Boot camp was killer last night! Our fitness instructors really push you. I am really starting to enjoy working out. I love the challenge and enjoy seeing the muscles toning up. Squats and lunges suck, but they are your friend! On the diet front.....this is my struggle! I just love sugar! Here is my damage from yesterday.

salad with cheese,eggs, sunflower seeds, onions, and italian dressing
3 caramel cremes-yikes
cereal
fruit roll up
2 packs of smarties- They are almost gone thank goodness. I will not buy anymore!
I have got to do better on the diet. I am working hard on that. I have not had a carbonated beverage since Monday. That is killing me, but I am doing it. I miss it so much! I am hanging out with friends tonight. Having spaghetti. Not good, but moderation is key.
