I worked out very hard yesterday. It is something I am becoming accustomed to and really enjoy. I do wish the soreness would stop though. However, if it does then I am probably not pushing myself as hard as I should. It is getting much better than in the beginnig. I went at lunch yesterday and did some weights and a little cardio. That night I took my usual classes-cardio kickboxing and spinning. I have a pretty strict Monday through Thursday workout routine. I love the classes and instructors at the gym. They really do push you and encourage you. I am trying to eat more smaller meals a day to see how that works. Ok...here is my food intake for yesterday 1/12/11:
pack of apples
cheese
small piece of thin crust pizza I made
small side of rice pilaf
green peas, green beans, mashed potatoes-dinner
2 rolls of smarties-I know I know pure sugar!
Drinks-Hawaiian punch-again sugar, water, milk, coffee
All in all not a horrible day, but I still need to tighten the diet up some. Hope you are all doing well on your new lifestyle change!
