This morning I got up and headed to church. I go to an amazing church and I am blessed everytime I step foot in there. After church I headed to the gym and jogged 2 miles. Go me! I am training for the 5k on April 23rd. I can totally do it! I also washed clothes and cleaned the bathrooms. The diet woohhhh did not go as planned last night. I picked up a turkey from honey baked ham on the way home from shooting range. I had planned on that and some veggies for dinner. I was going to a friend's house. Well they decided to order chinese. Really....CHINESE! She is the one who works out really hard with me. I of course ate it. BAD BAD BAD!! I didn't eat much that day, so I don't feel as bad, but man I can not do that if i want to lose 60 pounds by May. I didn't eat til about 1:00 this afternoon cause I had church and I worked out.
Yesterday I had:
Twister fruit juice
white cheddar popcorn
cheese
2 pieces of turkey
fruit roll up
chinese-fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, mongolian beef, and egg roll
had some fun dip-can you tell I love sugar?!
Today I have had:
Turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, and lima beans
cheese
milk
fun dip-again-It needs to get gone! Smarties are gone..yay!
splenda tea
for dinner I will prob have more turkey and veggies
