I know I know...it has been awhile
It has been awhile since my last post. Good news is I have still been working out like a mad woman. The week of Christmas and New Years didn't go so well. I only worked out twice in those 2 weeks and did not eat well. What was the end result of that...I gained 5 pounds! After returning home from my New Years Nashville trip I got back in the gym. I had lost the 5 pounds within that week. Exercise really works! My downfall is diet. In my previous post I had given up coke. Needless to say that did not last. I love it so much! However, Monday I gave up carbonated beverages. Yes, that means my beloved coke. I started doing research on the carbonation in soft drinks and it really is terrible for you. I am getting strict on my diet. I want to lose 60 pounds by may 1. To do that I have to exercise AND eat right. I know I will slip here and there, but I am determined to get it done. I have a few friends taking this journey with me. I think that will help so much. It is good to have accountability.
