
I have been really busy the last couple weekends! Had to be in a wedding last weekend and this weekend I had to make 2 cakes for a birthday party. I actually did not even have a bite of the cake. Impressive, huh? Today I have been so lazy. You know what, it feels great! Seems like it has been forever since I just had a day where I could stay in bed. I haven't felt great the last few days, so I think a lazy day is what the doctor ordered. The diet hasn't been too bad because I haven't really had an appetite. I weighed in on Friday at 208. That is a loss of a pound. I haven't exercised since Thursday. I think my body needed a break. I hit the gym hard Mon-Thurs. Hope all you are doing well at reaching your goals. If you had a tough week, there is always next week! Just have to start fresh and be determined. I need to tighten up if I am going to reach my goals. Healthy eating is my problem.
