Monday, Monday

Today has been a pretty good day despite being exhausted! Started the day off with an uncrustables PB&J sandwich. Went on my lunch break and jogged for 25 minutes. For lunch I had a grilled chicken sandwich. After work I headed to the gym for Total Sculpt and Spinning. I was drained by the time spin class came around, but I pushed through. Abs were killer in total sculpt. That class is challenging, but very effective at toning. Running is not something I really enjoy, but I am hoping to learn to love it. It is a great workout. Totally different from the other cardio I do. I am hoping it will be a catalyst for my weightloss. I finished up the night with dinner. I had turkey, lima beans, green peas, and half a baked potato. I finished off the fun dip tonight, so temptation gone!! YAY! I added this picture to show the progress I have made, but also show I have a long way to go. I can't wait to post a fantastic after picture. Hope all is well with those in blog world.
